Changes after submission (thanks to the suggestions by FireTotemGames):

• Made numbers clickable while they are shown. Doing so causes all of them to fade immediately.
• Added monochrome-mode (shades of grey instead of numbers)
• Added Zen-mode (numbers don't disappear until the first one is clicked; score is halved)
• Enabled Numpad controls
